As the Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager, you will serve as a key business partner, working closely with senior leadership to optimize cash flow, manage budgets, and streamline fiscal reporting processes. We are looking for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and a proactive approach to financial planning. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all financial accounting, reporting, and taxation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with Indonesian GAAP and relevant tax laws.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to support organizational decision-making.
- Supervise the month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
- Manage corporate tax compliance, including VAT, PPh 21, 23, 25, and 29, ensuring timely filing and accurate documentation.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and accounting policies to mitigate financial risks.
- Analyze business performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide strategic financial advice to the management team.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors for statutory compliance and regulatory inquiries.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CA/CPA/Brevet A & B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (Undang-Undang Perpajakan) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven track record in managing cash flow, budgeting, and financial analysis in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a demonstrated capacity to manage and mentor finance teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to communicate complex financial data effectively.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
