Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21/23/25/29, PPN, etc.) and timely filing of tax returns.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Develop and implement robust internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, budgeting processes, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and legal advisors as required.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (Brevet A/B certification is highly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a strong sense of integrity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
