PT Textil Lintas Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager to oversee our financial operations in Kosambi, Banten. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the absolute integrity of our financial data, optimizing tax compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support the company’s business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage cash flow effectively in a fast-paced textile manufacturing environment. You will lead the finance team, streamline accounting processes, and act as a key advisor to senior management regarding financial performance and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and manage all financial, accounting, and tax operations to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK and internal standards.
- Oversee tax planning, tax reporting (PPh, PPN, etc.), and ensure full compliance with current Indonesian tax laws.
- Manage treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and bank reconciliations to optimize liquidity.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure asset protection.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to management to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like Brevet A/B/C is a significant plus).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate complex financial data effectively across all levels of the organization.
