Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full cycle of accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including timely preparation and filing of PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax returns.
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with PSAK standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to support operational decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and financial integrity.
- Implement and improve internal financial controls and standard operating procedures to mitigate risks.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management to drive business efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CPA/Brevet A & B) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
- Strong technical knowledge of Indonesian taxation laws, regulations, and tax reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Accurate) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to manage and mentor a finance team.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
