Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end finance, accounting, and tax operations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Develop and implement tax optimization strategies
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning
- Supervise finance team performance and development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification
- 5+ years in finance management with 2+ years in tax specialization
- Fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian (written/spoken)
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax codes and GAAP
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP systems
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in automotive/manufacturing sector preferred
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
