We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Staff in Finance, Accounting, and Tax to join PT Mitra Solusi Lelang. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's financial functions, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining strict compliance with Indonesian tax regulations. You will play a critical part in the financial health of the organization, working closely with management to provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full cycle of accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, and VAT (PPN).
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports for management review.
- Conduct regular reconciliations and internal audits to ensure data accuracy and identify potential financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the budgeting process and monitor actual spending to ensure financial control and efficiency.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and other financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax, preferably within the auction or financial services industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1 Akuntansi/Perpajakan).
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Tax Laws (UU HPP, UU PPh).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
