Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN).
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for tax audits and financial reporting reviews.
- Monitor cash flow, manage bank reconciliations, and execute payment processing.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all financial and tax-related documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax roles.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian PSAK standards and Taxation Laws (UU Perpajakan).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex financial data.
- Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
