Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of PPh 21, 23, 25, 29, and PPN.
- Monitor cash flow and assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth financial audits.
- Manage bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Stay updated with the latest fiscal policies and regulatory changes impacting the energy industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or taxation roles.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and Indonesian Tax Regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical thinking, strong attention to detail, and a high level of integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
