As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and tax functions. This includes preparing accurate financial statements, managing general ledger entries, and ensuring timely tax filings. You will also assist in monthly reconciliations and support our internal and external audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Handle full-cycle tax compliance, including income tax (PPh) and value-added tax (PPN) reporting and filing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain an organized filing system for financial documents and contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting or tax roles.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PP 23) and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quickbooks, SAP, or local ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
