As Finance, Accounting and Tax Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing tax compliance, and leading the finance team. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of financial statements
- Manage tax compliance, including preparation and filing of tax returns and ensuring adherence to tax regulations
- Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed
- Participate in budget preparation and financial planning processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial work
