PT Azurr Kilau Abadi is looking for a skilled Finance Accounting and Tax Supervisor to join our team in the luxury goods and jewelry sector. We are committed to excellence and are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee our financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing journal entries, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and ensuring accurate data reconciliation using our Xero accounting system.
As a Finance Supervisor, you will ensure our financial processes are robust, compliant with regulations, and optimized for growth. You will act as a key partner to the management team, providing insights that drive strategic decision-making while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily general ledger accounting and process accurate journal entries.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform detailed bank and inter-company reconciliations.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh and PPN filing.
- Leverage Xero system for financial reporting, automation, and audit trail maintenance.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and reviews.
- Support budget preparation and cash flow forecasting activities.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff on procedures and system usage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and tax supervision.
- Strong proficiency in Xero and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience working in the luxury goods or jewelry industry is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian Tax Laws and financial reporting standards.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
