Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluation
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial systems
- Collaborate with other department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in managing finance teams and developing financial strategies
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting
