Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including general ledger maintenance and accounts payable/receivable.
- Handle tax administration tasks, including calculating, reporting, and filing PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, and VAT (PPN).
- Oversee import-related documentation and ensure compliance with customs and trade regulations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank accounts and internal financial records to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities regarding financial inspections.
- Support the logistics and trading team with financial input for procurement and import cost analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Accounting and Taxation (Tax Consultant experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (KUP, PPh, PPN) and e-Faktur application.
- Hold a Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) to support trading operations.
- Able to work independently and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
