ASRI is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will oversee essential financial operations, ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting, compliance with tax regulations, and the optimization of our accounting processes. As our Assistant Manager, you will act as a key partner to the finance leadership, taking responsibility for day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closing procedures, and financial reconciliations. Your expertise in local taxation and accounting standards will be vital in maintaining our high standards of financial transparency and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and produced on schedule.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian taxation laws (PPh, VAT/PPN, WHT) and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Perform regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain high data accuracy.
- Support the annual audit process by preparing documentation and coordinating with external auditors.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and supervise junior finance staff to ensure team productivity and adherence to company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, or Brevet A/B) is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and international financial reporting standards.
- Proven expertise in tax compliance and the ability to navigate local Indonesian tax regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team and collaborate across departments.
