Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger management
- Prepare accurate financial statements, tax returns, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to facilitate financial communications
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial risk mitigation
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead and mentor accounting staff to ensure high performance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managerial accounting roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced Mandarin language skills for stakeholder communication
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications (Akuntan Publik/Brevet B) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in multinational environments
