Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily cashflow tracking and reconciliation to ensure precise liquidity reporting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely vendor payments and client collections.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and perform variance analysis against actual performance.
- Maintain comprehensive financial documentation and digital filing systems for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with tax and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with local financial legislation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance support role.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with an uncompromising attention to detail and data integrity.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Must be currently based in or willing to work in Iloilo City.
