Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Monitor and track cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity and accurate financial forecasting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes and audit preparations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and internal departments regarding financial inquiries.
- Support the finance team with budget preparation, variance analysis, and administrative coordination.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting, finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and general ledger accounting practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
