Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and verify general ledger account balances.
- Support the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis.
- Process and review accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Update and maintain financial documentation and records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficient in using accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Fast learner with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.
