Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations
- Oversee project cost tracking and financial reporting for contracting activities
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and forecasting
- Maintain financial documentation and support external audit processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the contracting industry
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or D4 in Accounting or Finance Management
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and meticulous work ethic
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and construction industry accounting practices
