Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements and management reports in accordance with company standards.
- Coordinate with tax consultants to ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, etc.).
- Support the annual budgeting process and perform ongoing variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain robust internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data and asset management.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights that support strategic business decisions.
- Manage cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliation processes to ensure liquidity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards) and general taxation rules.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
