Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss) in strict accordance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Manage tax compliance procedures, ensuring accurate calculation and filing of VAT (PPN) and Corporate Income Tax (PPh).
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes to guarantee data accuracy and regulatory adherence.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and perform variance analysis to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize financial processes and implement cost control measures.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal controls, corporate governance policies, and audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting, with a preference for candidates in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Proficiency in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal) is essential.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
