Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts on a timely basis.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, audit schedules, and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget forecasting and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial documentation is accurate and processed efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or LCCI).
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Highly organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
