We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Accounting Executive to join the finance team at Redpod Indonesia. In this key role, you will take ownership of the daily financial workflow, including the precise processing and recording of all incoming and outgoing bank transactions. You will ensure that every deposit, withdrawal, and transfer is accurately logged to maintain the highest level of financial integrity. Beyond transaction management, you will be responsible for maintaining a systematic and organized filing system for all financial documents, ensuring that records are easily accessible and compliant with company policies. Your expertise will be crucial in performing regular bank reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies, as well as assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements. By collaborating closely with the broader finance department, you will help ensure that our financial reporting is accurate, timely, and ready for review. Ultimately, your work will support the overall financial health of Redpod Indonesia, allowing the company to focus on growth while maintaining impeccable financial standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process and record all incoming and outgoing bank transactions accurately and timely.
- Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for all financial documents and records.
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliation to ensure account balances are correct.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper documentation of payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any accounting discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance administration.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Understanding of basic Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
