Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate full-set accounts for the company.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth annual audits.
- Manage bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow is monitored effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Support the finance manager in improving internal financial processes and controls.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, LCCI).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting role (Junior/Entry level welcome to apply).
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, Xero, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax laws.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of integrity in handling confidential data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
