Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily data entry and verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Manage the filing and digital archiving of essential financial documents.
- Assist in the categorization and reconciliation of transaction data for monthly reporting.
- Support the accounting team in preparing administrative reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company data management and internal audit procedures.
- Maintain organized physical and digital records for easy retrieval and auditing.
- Collaborate with finance staff on ad-hoc projects to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship schedule in Bandung.
