Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the finance department in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Support the reconciliation of accounts, bank statements, and vendor invoices.
- Help prepare data for internal and external audit processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis reports.
- Assist in maintaining organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks related to corporate accounting.
- Participate in team meetings to understand project goals and financial performance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic functions).
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Strong integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
