Toyota Tsusho is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Junior Staff to join our dynamic team in Karawang Timur, Jawa Barat. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in tax preparation and ensure compliance with local Indonesian tax regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role (highly motivated fresh graduates are also welcome).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard accounting software.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred for this 6-month contract.
