We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee daily accounting functions, ensure tax compliance, manage month-end closing processes, and deliver accurate financial reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Manage tax compliance activities including PPh, PPN, and annual tax return preparation
- Lead month-end closing procedures with journal entries, accruals, and financial statement compilation
- Supervise junior accounting staff through task delegation, performance monitoring, and skill development
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial data accuracy and regulatory adherence
- Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and financial performance dashboards
- Coordinate external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 3 years' experience
- Advanced proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, PPN, PPnBM)
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Supervisory experience with demonstrated team leadership capabilities
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) or S1 Akuntansi preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial detail and accuracy
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English communication
