Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK)
- Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting to support strategic planning
- Coordinate with Korean-speaking stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication on financial matters and reporting
- Conduct internal audits and ensure adherence to company financial policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies and process improvements
- Support tax compliance activities and documentation for Indonesian tax authorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1 Akuntansi)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance/accounting role with exposure to Indonesian accounting standards
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Korean (verbal and written) and professional English communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance requirements
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills and accuracy in financial data processing
- Proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
