Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering professional growth and maintaining high performance standards
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance against targets
- Conduct regular financial audits and implement corrective actions as needed
- Manage banking relationships and ensure optimal cash flow management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing accounting teams and implementing financial systems and processes
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, with strong Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
