Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure high performance and professional development
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analysis
- Ensure compliance with PSAK, tax regulations, and internal financial controls
- Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasting models, and variance analysis
- Optimize financial processes through automation and system improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives
- Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions for financial discrepancies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong knowledge of PSAK, Indonesian tax regulations, and IFRS principles
- Proven leadership experience with team supervision and performance management
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are highly desirable
