In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our financial integrity, overseeing everything from day-to-day accounting workflows to long-term strategic budgeting. You will be responsible for ensuring 100% regulatory compliance, optimizing cash flow management, and providing actionable financial insights that empower our executive team to make data-driven decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll processing.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local tax laws and PFRS standards.
- Manage corporate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure the company remains within fiscal targets.
- Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions to ensure optimal liquidity for fuel procurement operations.
- Maintain internal controls and ensure full compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate smooth audits and filings.
- Provide strategic financial planning advice to senior management to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting, preferably within the oil, gas, or industrial distribution sector.
- Proven expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and budget management.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor an accounting team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
