Join Pengiklan Anonim's dynamic finance team as a Finance & Accounting Manager, where you'll drive financial excellence and strategic decision-making. This pivotal role requires you to oversee all accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver accurate financial analysis to support business growth. You'll lead a dedicated team in managing financial records, budgets, and reporting systems while implementing best practices for financial controls. As a key strategic partner, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and identify opportunities for cost efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end closing, and financial reporting
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Prepare executive financial dashboards and KPI reporting
- Manage banking relationships and optimize working capital
- Lead and develop the accounting team through coaching and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (S1)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in management
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven experience in team leadership and process optimization
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
