Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all core accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, and Inventory Accounting.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with MFRS.
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards to senior leadership.
- Drive the annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning processes.
- Manage corporate cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal control policies and procedures.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian tax laws (SST, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing) and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is highly regarded.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, MIA) is mandatory.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 4 to 5 years in a managerial role.
- Deep understanding of MFRS, local tax regulations (SST, Corporate Tax), and statutory compliance in Malaysia.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process improvements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in the manufacturing, semiconductor, or advanced materials industry is a significant advantage.
