Join HR Primo Management Services, a dynamic logistics management firm, as our Finance & Accounting Manager. Lead end-to-end financial operations including accounting, treasury, compliance, and reporting for our expanding logistics group. This pivotal role requires strategic financial leadership to drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize financial processes. You'll oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and treasury functions while mentoring high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Philippine financial regulations and proven experience in logistics or related industries. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Oversee treasury management, cash flow optimization, and banking relationships
- Ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations, BIR requirements, and corporate governance standards
- Develop and implement financial strategies supporting business growth and operational efficiency
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for logistics operations
- Lead financial audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor and develop finance team members while establishing KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial processes with logistics operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA required)
- Minimum 7 years of progressive finance experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in logistics or supply chain industry accounting practices
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Deep knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, BIR compliance, and corporate taxation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent leadership abilities with track record of mentoring high-performing teams
- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
