Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards
- Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international financial regulations
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate accounting staff performance
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance management
- CPA certification is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
