Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Develop strategic budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business growth initiatives
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and reporting activities to optimize tax efficiency
- Manage financial audits and implement robust internal controls and risk management protocols
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making
- Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance performance capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and manufacturing industry financial practices
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
