Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Treasury functions.
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems to ensure financial compliance and integrity.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local regulations and corporate standards.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support departmental and company-wide objectives.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable business insights to senior management to guide strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure full statutory compliance.
- Mentor and lead the accounting team to foster a culture of efficiency, accuracy, and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification like CPA/CA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and PSAK standards.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent leadership abilities and the capacity to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
- Professional fluency in both Indonesian and English.
