Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize corporate cash flow operations to ensure liquidity and operational stability
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities during audits and filings
- Manage accounting team performance, training, and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (S1)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting management
- Proven expertise in cash flow management and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing accounting teams
