Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Lead preparation of accurate financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis
- Implement robust internal controls and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service quality standards
- Manage and develop the finance team through coaching and performance evaluation
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and forecasting
- Streamline financial processes using ERP systems and automation tools
- Conduct regular financial audits and risk assessments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of finance experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax laws, and financial regulations
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Excellent leadership abilities with track record of team development
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
