Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial statements are accurate and reported on time.
- Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance on best practices and performance development.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and budget vs. actuals, to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax laws, accounting standards (GAAP), and internal control policies.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities to facilitate smooth audit processes and regulatory filings.
- Streamline financial workflows and implement automated solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular financial forecasting and cash flow management to ensure business sustainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (S1/S2 is a plus).
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced skills in Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
