We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Finance & Accounting Manager to join PT Cipta Karsa Paripurna. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of the company's financial health by preparing accurate budgets, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and generating comprehensive reports. You will be responsible for approving complex transactions and finalizing payments, ensuring that all financial activities align with the company's strategic goals.
As the Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting key business decisions by providing actionable financial insights. You will oversee the financial reporting process, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and foster a culture of accuracy and efficiency within the finance team.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance and accounting department.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial statements in strict compliance with PSAK standards.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Approve and oversee complex financial transactions and finalizations of payments.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Collaborate with management to provide financial insights that drive business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the finance/accounting sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
