Tanggung Jawab
- Manage operational finance for F&B business units including daily accounting activities
- Implement and monitor expense control systems to optimize operational costs
- Prepare monthly financial statements and performance analysis reports
- Support business growth initiatives through financial forecasting and modeling
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams for financial alignment
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of finance/accounting experience in F&B industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial details
- Experience in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
