Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end finance operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and month-end closing
- Develop and implement financial policies ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP
- Manage annual budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Supervise finance team performance and professional development
- Prepare management reports and financial statements for executive review
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
- Oversee external audits and maintain strong banking relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years progressive finance experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in educational sector finance
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder reporting
- Proven track record in financial planning and team management
