Are you a seasoned Finance professional looking to lead strategic operations within a dynamic insurance brokerage firm? Rahmat Insurance Brokers is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee our financial integrity, tax compliance, and operational efficiency in Serpong, Banten.
In this pivotal role, you will act as a key business partner, providing critical financial insights to leadership while ensuring that our accounting frameworks strictly adhere to Indonesian regulations. You will manage the full cycle of financial operations, from ledger maintenance to tax planning, ensuring that the company maintains optimal cash flow and financial health. We are looking for an analytical leader who is passionate about streamlining processes, implementing financial controls, and driving transparency across the organization.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Direct the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Manage end-to-end tax compliance processes, including PPh, PPN, and annual corporate tax reporting.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and ensure asset protection.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and banking partners to ensure smooth regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and lead the accounting team to foster a high-performance culture and ensure professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and current Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proven ability to manage tax reporting and statutory requirements effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both Indonesian and English.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
