Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle accounting operations including GL management, month-end close, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee AP/AR processes, payroll integration, and tax compliance (PPh, PPN)
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems aligned with PSAK standards
- Coordinate external audits and implement internal control improvements
- Manage accounting team performance, training, and professional development
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decisions
- Optimize financial processes through ERP system implementation and automation
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian financial regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with S1 qualification
- Minimum 5 years accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) strongly preferred
- Expertise in PSAK compliance and Indonesian tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Proven leadership experience with team management skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
