Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Manage tax compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting requirements
- Coordinate cross-departmental financial planning and cost optimization initiatives
- Mentor and develop accounting staff through performance coaching and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
