Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian financial regulations (PSAK) and tax laws
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for executive review
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Mentor and develop the finance team to enhance performance capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data
- Demonstrated leadership experience in finance team management
