Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with local standards.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations, including PPh and PPN filings.
- Lead and mentor the finance and administration team to foster a high-performance culture.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure clean financial reports.
- Develop and implement financial policies to improve operational efficiency and cost-control measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (S1).
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Finance/Accounting management.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with international stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax laws and corporate accounting standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
