Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and monthly management reports.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, financial policies, and internal control procedures.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during annual audits and regulatory reviews.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to support the company’s strategic planning and capital expenditure requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Accountant within the manufacturing or steel industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and corporate taxation laws.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
